3. Subscriptions
- Plans are paid once for a fixed term and number of simultaneous devices, as shown on the pricing page.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and are not liable for any loss caused by your use of them. Please read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Apollo TV Stream and its suppliers under these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service, or US$100 if you have not purchased anything. We are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. "As is" and "as available"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device or network.
